Pay Per Click Advertising

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising works by placing an advert on other peoples websites. Generally high traffic, search engines websites like Google, Bing or Yahoo! and social networking sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Every time someone clicks on your advert, they get sent to your website and in return the website that sent you receives a small payment. The higher you are willing to pay for the click (your bid), the more prominent your advert is and the more clicks it is likely to receive.

Google Adwords pay per click advertising

Google Adwords

You may have noticed when you carry out a Google search that extra advertising appears along the top and down the left hand side of the page.

These are Google Adwords and are pay-per-click adverts. The more you are willing to pay for each click, the higher up the page your advert will appear.

I have been managing Google Adwords campaigns for my clients for a number of years now and know how to keep your pay per click costs low, but still give your adverts high ranking.

Here's a video from Google that tells you more about their Google Adwords advertising.

Choosing someone who has experience of pay-per-click advertising and search engine optimisation is critical to you getting the most value out of your advertising campaign.
